Second encounter inside the Sainted Hero's Grave, guarding a side chamber. Fast and Death-blight heavy; stay aggressive.

Spear and ringblade Crystalians at the bottom of the Altus Tunnel mine. Strike damage shatters them quickly.

Rules the demi-human camp at the Lux Ruins in eastern Altus. Kill the small demi-humans first so she cannot be shielded.

Rooftop arena at the top of the Shaded Castle in northern Altus. He teleports behind you, so keep the camera loose and roll late.

Reward: Marais Executioner's Sword

Wyndham Catacombs beneath the Wyndham Ruins in western Altus. Strike damage and circling behind it end the fight fast.

Reward: Ash of War: Golden Vow

Crashes into the crater on the south-western Altus Plateau near the Mt. Gelmir road. Stay under its head and roll into the gravity charge.

Reward: Somber Smithing Stone [6]

Golden Lineage Evergaol near the Altus Highway. A reskin of Godrick with the same axe wind-ups; attack after his big spinning slam.

Reward: Golden Seed

At the top of Dominula, Windmill Village in the north-east Altus Plateau. His twinblade stretches absurdly far; stay close and punish the Black Flame casts.

Reward: Godskin Peeler

Main boss of Sage's Cave, wielding a flail of severed heads. Roll toward him rather than away to avoid the tracking swings.

Reward: Family Heads

Rides the Altus Highway at night between the Erdtree-Gazing Hill and the Minor Erdtree. Unhorse it first.

Duo at the bottom of Perfumer's Grotto in the north-west Altus Plateau. Kill Miranda first to stop the poison mist, then duel the Omenkiller.

Reward: Great Omenkiller Cleaver

Duo at the end of the Unsightly Catacombs by the Perfumer's Ruins, west of the Abandoned Coffin. Rush Tricia down to stop her healing the Misbegotten.

Reward: Perfumer's Talisman

Invades in the cellar of the Writheblood Ruins in the central Altus Plateau. He applies heavy bleed; bring a bleed-resistant setup.

Reward: Ash of War: Blood Blade

End of the Old Altus Tunnel on the southern Altus cliffs. Weak to bleed; stay between its legs.

Reward: Somber Smithing Stone [4]

Drifts among the Wyndham Ruins in the western Altus Plateau. Break the boat quickly to stop the skeleton spawns.

Reward: Deathroot

Two mounted sentinels guarding the Altus Highway junction on the road to Leyndell. Pull them apart on Torrent and fight one at a time.

Reward: Erdtree Greatshield

Guards the Minor Erdtree in the Altus Plateau. It applies Death blight in a wide aura, so never linger in melee range.

Reward: Golden Seed

Poison-choked castle in the northern Altus Plateau on the road to the Mountaintops. Main boss: Elemer of the Briar on the rooftop.

Large smithing-stone mine in the central Altus Plateau. Boss: Crystalian Duo (Spear and Ringblade); a good source of Smithing Stone [6] and [7].

Evergaol beside the Altus Highway. Boss: Godefroy the Grafted, a Godrick reskin; rewards a Golden Seed.
