Elden Ring Underground Interactive Map
The underground is a second world beneath the Lands Between, shown on its own map layer in the game. The starlit rivers, the two eternal cities and Mohg's dynasty are all here, with notes on how each area is actually entered. Most of Ranni's questline runs through these regions.
