A free Elden Ring interactive map with all locations
The Lands Between is enormous, and the game tells you almost nothing about where things are. That is part of the charm on a first playthrough and a real problem on the second, when you are hunting the last Golden Seed or trying to remember which catacomb had the spirit ash you skipped. This Elden Ring interactive map puts more than 1450 hand-checked locations on one zoomable map, so you can answer "where is it?" in a few seconds and get back to playing.
Everything on the site is free. Progress tracking, search, shareable links, the underground layer and the DLC map are all open to everyone, with no account to create and no limit on how many markers you can tick off. The map, the markers and your progress all live in your browser, which is why the site behaves the same on a 4K monitor and on a phone propped against your controller.
What the map shows
Markers are grouped into categories you can switch on and off from the side panel. Each group can be collapsed, hidden as a whole, and shows its own marker count.
- Every Site of Grace, with a note on what is nearby so you always know where to fast travel.
- Every boss, tagged as main path, optional, remembrance or shardbearer, with its notable drop.
- Dungeons: catacombs, caves, tunnels, hero's graves, evergaols and legacy dungeons.
- Flask upgrades: all 45 Golden Seeds and 12 Sacred Tears, plus every Crystal Tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
- Keys and unlocks: Stonesword Keys, imp statue seals, Larval Tears for respeccing and map fragment steles for every region.
- Build upgrades: talismans, spirit ashes, Memory Stones, talisman pouches, whetblades, spellbooks, Dragon Hearts and Deathroot.
- Crafting and quests: cookbooks, key items, NPCs, merchants and landmarks that quest steps refer to.
The map has three layers. The Lands Between is the surface world you start in. The Underground layer covers Siofra River, Ainsel River, Nokron, Nokstella, Deeproot Depths, the Lake of Rot and Mohgwyn Palace, which sit beneath the surface and are impossible to read on a single flat map. The third layer is the DLC.
Elden Ring interactive map for the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC
The Shadow of the Erdtree interactive map covers the whole Land of Shadow: Gravesite Plain, Scadu Altus, the Cerulean Coast, Rauh Ruins, the Abyssal Woods and the rest. In the DLC your Scadutree Blessing matters far more than your character level, so the two categories most players filter first are the 50 Scadutree Fragments and the 25 Revered Spirit Ashes. Both are fully mapped, along with every DLC Site of Grace, boss, map fragment and cookbook.
The Land of Shadow is stacked vertically, and several areas that look adjacent on the map are reached from somewhere else entirely. The DLC region pages explain the actual way in, such as the descent to the Cerulean Coast or the route through Darklight Catacombs to the Abyssal Woods.
Find what you need, region by region
Most people arrive with a specific question, so the map is organised to answer those quickly. Each of the region pages lists every marker in that area with a link straight to its pin on the map, along with a suggested level range and where to find the map fragment.
Weeping Peninsula
The Weeping Peninsula interactive map is the natural second stop after Limgrave. It is small, forgiving, and holds an early Sacred Tear at the Fourth Church of Marika, a Golden Seed, Castle Morne with Leonine Misbegotten, and several beginner-friendly catacombs and caves. Clearing it before Stormveil makes Margit and Godrick noticeably easier.
Altus Plateau
The Altus Plateau interactive map (often searched for as "Atlas Plateau") covers the golden highlands beyond the Grand Lift of Dectus. The page explains both ways up, the two Dectus Medallion halves or the Ruin-Strewn Precipice climb, and pins the Shaded Castle, Windmill Village, the Second Church of Marika and the stele with the map fragment at the Altus Highway Junction.
Golden Seed locations
Golden Seed locations are the single most common thing players look up. You need 30 seeds to reach the maximum of 14 flask charges, and there are 45 pickups in the base game, so you can afford to miss a few. On the map, hide every category and switch on only Golden Seeds to sweep a region cleanly, or use the Golden Seeds checklist to work through them in order and jump to each pin.
Progress tracking that stays on your device
Open any marker and press "Mark as found". The marker dims, the category counter goes up and the change is saved to your browser straight away. "Hide found" clears completed markers off the map so only the remaining ones show, which is the fastest way to finish a collectible hunt.
Because nothing is uploaded, there is no login and no sync server. To move between devices, export your progress as a small JSON file and import it on the other one. It is also worth exporting before you clear your browser data.

How big is the Elden Ring map?

The base game has 45 Golden Seed pickups (you need 30 to max Flask charges at 14) and 12 Sacred Tears (for +12 Flask potency). Turn off every filter except Golden Seeds or Sacred Tears in the side panel, or use the Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears checklists.
Does the Elden Ring interactive map include the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC?

Which region should I explore first?
Limgrave, then the Weeping Peninsula, then Liurnia of the Lakes. Caelid is east of Limgrave but is tuned for a much higher level; most players go there after Liurnia or the Altus Plateau. Each region page lists a suggested level range.
